Timing & Market Considerations

In Dubai, the government follows the calendar year, and most organizations sync their fiscal years to the calendar year as well. Executive bonuses are normally also paid at the end of the calendar year, making January the best time for leaders to start in new roles. If they’re currently employed, your candidates may need to give between 30 and 90 days’ notice, depending on their length of service to their employers.
