A guaranteed period entails that if the candidate terminates their employment within the initial 3 months, we offer a complimentary replacement with a new candidate.

For the monthly fee, we will deduct 1 to 3 months on the replacement (ex : the candidate stayed 2 months, the client will pay only 10 months on the replacement).

You will only have to pay the monthly fee, while the candidate is employed.

If the candidate quits their job within 4 months, the client pays 4 x 2% RECR fee + 4x EOR fee.

Our recruitment service is designed to provide you with greater flexibility and peace of mind when it comes to hiring international top talent for your organization. Our innovative approach allows you to pay the recruitment fee monthly over a period of 12 months, along with the EOR service, only if the candidate is successfully working with you.

We understand that traditional recruitment fees can often be a significant upfront investment, especially when there is uncertainty regarding the long-term fit of a candidate within your company.

With our new payment model, you can eliminate the financial risk associated with traditional recruitment fees and align your payments with the candidate's performance and tenure.

Yes. We support off-cycle payments for time-sensitive reimbursements or exceptional employee expenses.

For faster access to funds, clients can also issue prepaid employee cards through our partner Airwallex. These Visa-enabled cards operate under the client's full control and ownership, allowing you to preload funds, set spending limits, and manage usage in real-time.

This setup ensures flexibility and responsiveness for employees with frequent or high-volume expenses, particularly during travel. Availability and setup may vary by country due to compliance requirements.
