A guaranteed period entails that if the candidate terminates their employment within the initial 3 months, we offer a complimentary replacement with a new candidate.
For the monthly fee, we will deduct 1 to 3 months on the replacement (ex : the candidate stayed 2 months, the client will pay only 10 months on the replacement).
You will only have to pay the monthly fee, while the candidate is employed.
If the candidate quits their job within 4 months, the client pays 4 x 2% RECR fee + 4x EOR fee.

This setup ensures flexibility and responsiveness for employees with frequent or high-volume expenses, particularly during travel. Availability and setup may vary by country due to compliance requirements.
