RemotePeople reviews the selected hire’s employment documents and applicable local requirements before confirming onboarding. Required registrations or work authorization can affect the start date.
For recruitment-only in Asia-Pacific, RemotePeople lists a fee of 20% of annual salary, payable on the employee’s first day. Executive search is listed at 25%. To budget for an APAC hire, provide the country, role and proposed annual salary. If RemotePeople also employs the hire through EOR, the proposal confirms the recruitment arrangement and separate EOR and employment costs.
