As a certified HR professional, I have onboarded multiple employees with Neeyamo EOR over the years. Neeyamo offers many great services and can help employers hire internationally, but it also has some flaws in its offerings. 

Here, based on my first-hand experience onboarding employees with Neeyamo and other EOR providers, I give my take on Neeyamo‘s offerings in 2025. 

Neeyamo Company Overview

Formed in February 2009, Neeyamo is an award-winning operator in the global HR and payroll industry. It specializes in providing worldwide Employer of Record (EOR) solutions alongside flexible standalone HR management services and packages. Though its headquarters are in Chennai, India, Neeyamo has a presence in more than 35 cities across six continents.

Preventing limited HR resources from being a barrier to growth, Neeyamo offers several packages of services, including acting as an EOR, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), or an outsourced HR department. It can also handle specific tasks such as payroll management, contractor administration, and recruitment. This review assesses Neeyamo’s services, platform, and key USPs to help you decide if it is the right HR partner for your company.

PEO

An EOR and a PEO are similar in many ways but are separated by one key difference.
