A referral qualifies when the company signs up using your link and becomes an active paying customer—typically by hiring their first employee or contractor through our platform. Referrals must be new to Remote People and not already in our sales pipeline.

Commissions are paid monthly for the prior month's qualified referrals. Payouts can be made via bank transfer or through our platform. You'll receive detailed reporting on all commissions earned and paid through the Partner Portal.
