Global treasury demands a globally distributed team
MyTreasur-e is a next-generation SaaS company specialising in treasury and cash management for CFOs, treasurers, and finance teams operating in increasingly complex global financial environments. The platform helps customers improve liquidity visibility, automate workflows, and stay compliant.
When the customer base sits in multiple jurisdictions, the team that supports them has to as well. Anything else introduces lag at exactly the moment treasury teams need fast answers.
The brief: specialist talent in three different markets
As MyTreasur-e expanded internationally, it needed to strengthen customer-facing operations with three specialist profiles: a SaaS Support Analyst in the Philippines, a Sales Manager in the United Kingdom, and an Account Manager in South Africa.
Each market has a different talent landscape, and each role required different domain depth — technical SaaS support skills in one, enterprise treasury sales fluency in another. A one-size-fits-all sourcing approach would have produced uneven shortlists.
Why entity setup wasn’t on the table
For a SaaS company in growth mode, the priority was attracting the best talent — not building three local employment infrastructures. Standing up entities in the Philippines, UK, and South Africa would have consumed months of leadership attention and tied up capital that could be deployed against product and go-to-market.
Remote People’s Employer of Record across all three countries removed the entity question entirely. MyTreasur-e could hire compliantly in each jurisdiction without taking on the legal, payroll, and tax administration in-house.
Recruitment and employment, one workflow
The recruitment and EOR engagement ran as a single workflow. Each role was sourced against the local market with calibrated expectations on compensation and candidate availability, and the resulting hires were employed compliantly under Remote People’s local entities. The MyTreasur-e leadership team kept its attention on customers and product — not on contracts.

The Bottom Line
The phrase “global team” is easy to write into a strategy deck and hard to operationalise. The friction usually comes from treating recruitment, employment, and compliance as three separate problems handled by three separate vendors.
MyTreasur-e collapsed that into one engagement, and got a customer-facing team across three continents in return.
